How It Can Help You
It means that we can Level Up tremendously if we can learn how to use self actualization for self development. I believe it will help you be better in all facets of your life.
Self actualization allows us to be our best self, and to be the happiest person we can possibly be. Some people want money, some people want cars or a huge house.
Those things are nice but if you watch the news, they report about famous people who have all these cars and big houses and lots and lots of money. You can still see many of them have issues with depression and addiction, or Violent Behavior.
We ask ourselves how and why is this possible, these people have everything and they are still not happy. Well self actualization will help you to be happy and not just happy you will be the happiest you have ever been in your life and it does not require money, the big house or 20 cars in the parking lot I’ll show you how…
Self Actualization Defined
I wish to talk to you about what I feel self-actualization means to me. Self-actualization, as shown in our dictionary description, utilizes our talents specifically using our individuality to come up with spontaneous and creative ways to express ourselves in whatever medium we have talent.
When the word talent is mentioned the word potential comes to mind, which also happens to be in the dictionary definition of self-actualization.
It says that we can reach our full potential by taking these steps. What I really feel is that everyone has been given talents as everyone is better than someone at something.
Some of us are really good at painting, some of us are really good at playing sports or maybe you’re not the artistic type but you’re very good at tedious tasks. Everyone wants to be good at something but everyone cannot be good at everything.
So you’re like me, and you’re not quick with numbers “ok…so what” it’s not a big deal. Maybe you’re also like me and you’re pretty good at writing or at least you like to think so Haahaa.
Well use me, for example, I’m okay with not being great with numbers, but it does not mean that I am okay with it to the point where I don’t want to work at it or improve at it.
And, when I improve in being better with numbers it’s only through practice, it’s not a talent I have. Working really hard is required for me to gain any progress in it.
But writing and expressing myself here and vocally has always come very easy for me because this is something that I consider to be one of my talents. When I flex this talent muscle I feel great about myself.
When I write, I am using self actualization, I’m doing something I feel I was made to do! And, doing that gives me great joy.
You and I are just the same…
Put simply it’s finding the things you were put on Earth to do, and completing your circle by doing those things. The completion allows us to let out that long exhale of air.
It’s air but it’s really stress being pushed out of your mind, and being happy is having less stress in your world.
Excess stress is a killer literally, and we are trying to live our best lives, so getting rid of stress in a productive manner is all ways a good idea!

Try These Tips To Self Actualization
(a) Experiencing life like a child, with full absorption and concentration.
(b) Trying new things instead of sticking to safe paths we have already tried, lets see what is on the other paths.
(c) Listening to your own feelings in evaluating experiences instead of the voice of tradition, authority or the majority.
(d) Avoiding pretense (‘game playing’) and be honest.
(e) Being prepared to be unpopular if your views do not fit with those of the majority.
(f) Taking responsibility & working hard;
(g) Trying to identify your defenses and having the courage to give them up.
There is a lot more to this, but it’s not complex. Self actualization is the endgame to a process made famous by Abraham Maslow.
I will be writing an article called: What Is Abraham Maslow’s Hierarchy Of Needs to give more insight into the strategy…stay with me!
